On February 19 in the Press House of Minsk there were given results of the competition Art of Book annually held by Ministry of Information of Belarus, as well as rewards and diplomata for the best Belarusian editions in 2003. There were presented 300 books of different publishing houses at the competition. Competent jury consisting of professional artists, editors and printers, had studied the books and chosen the best ones. The publishing house Pro Christo took part in the competition for the first time. The books published in 2003 were presented at the competition:

• Aliaksandr Yarashevich Icons of the Mother of God of Snow in Belarus
• K. Wojtyla / John Paul II Poetry. Selections / Roman Triptych
• A. Yaromenka Catholic Churches

The jury valued highly the work of the Catholic publishing house. Pro Christo was offered several rewards at the same time:

• Diploma of I degree for the album Catholic Churches
• Diploma of III degree for the book K. Wojtyla / John Paul II Poetry. Selections / Roman Triptych
• Special diploma Publishing Debut for all the editions presented at the competition

Grand prix of the competition was offered to Kanstantsin Hatsianousky, director of the publishing house Cavaler for the book The Lay of Igor's Warfare, published in ancient Russian, Belarusian (Janka Kupala's translation) and English, layout artist Pavel Tatarnikau.

All the editions that had received rewards could be seen on the special stand of Art of Book diploma owners during ХІ Minsk International Book Exhibition Books of Belarus - 2004 in Janka Kupala street, 27.
