OUR FATHER Prayer book 2nd edition, enlarged and revised. This prayer book in the Belarusian language is a collection of prayers, order of Mass, sacred services and sacred songs approved by the Metropolitan Commission on Translation of Liturgical Texts. The publishing house “Pro Christo” and Minsk-Mohilev Metropolitan Liturgical Commission prepared the second edition of the prayer-book “Our Father”, corrected and supplemented. The new edition includes the text of the Holy Mass in Latin and Belarusian, compared with the edition of “Missale Romanum. Editio typica tertia” (Roma, 2000) and of “Roman Missal for the dioceses of Belarus” (Minsk, 2004), with the permission of the Conference of Catholic Bishops in Belarus. The text of the rite of baptism of children being at the point of death, which is used in priest or deacon’s absence, is given in the pray-book in the form presented in the “Rite of Baptism of Children, Adapted for Dioceses in Belarus”, approved by the Congregation of God’s Cult and Discipline of Sacraments (Prot. 2434/03/L). The chapter “Holy Rosary” is presented according the new order of the prayer proclaimed by the Holy Father in his epistle “Rosarium Virginis Mariae” (Rome, 2002). All the prayers as well as names and terms, used in the prayer book, were coordinated with the approved sample texts. The prayer book is supplemented with the prayers for every day of week and the prayer to St. F. Pio as well as with the preface of II Eucharist prayer, liturgical form of the Litany of All Saints and a prayer during the exposition of the Holy Sacrament.
